I have set up an iPad running iOS 4.2 for an older person, but some features aren't intuitive for he. After he select a song in the iPod app, the "Now Playing:" box will appear. And he can't remember how to get back to the main page, so how to disable this function?Unfortunately, the "Now Playing" can't be disabled on the iPad.

Email locked up on iPad 2
The mail page is locked and I can't open any messages for reading on my iPad 2. The settings is on unlock and the Restrictions feature are disable.To resolve the mail issue, just holding the Home button and the On/Off button at the same to power off. After restarting, the mail will be no longer locked.

iPad 2 Facetime with Android
With FaceTime, you can make face-to-face video calls between iPad 2, iPhone 4, or Mac over WiFi network. But you can't make Facetime between iPad and Android. There isn't an official android support as of now, and Facetime will be an open indrestery standard. Now there is an app "Tango Video Calls" that let you do a free FaceTime-like video chat between iPad and Android devices over WiFi or 3G.
iPad Video Thumbnails not showing up after iOS update
I have putted some videos to my iPad 2 via iTunes and that works fine. After the new iOS update, the videos shows up as white tiles with no titles, and the thumbnails are not showing up.How to fix the issueIn the iTunes, you must drag the files into Movies in your Library, then do a sync to Movies on your iPad.
