iPad suddenly can't be switch on

I have an iPad not yet one month, but it suddenly can't be switch on. Even if I plug the power, it can not be turned on.To fix this issue, hold the Home + Sleep down at the same time. Then lift up on the buttons after the Apple logo appears.
