Pandora dropout using iPad airplay

When I used airplay to stream Pandora to apple tv from iPad in my family room, I was getting sound dropout. Sometimes it actually dropped off and stayed off. Strong Wi-Fi signal from airport extreme dual band. Pandora app worked fine on iPad. After I upgraded my Airport Express firmware and airport utility, the problem was gone
