Create new Pages/Numbers template on iPad

I want to create a new Pages or Numbers templates for both letterhead and spreadsheets on my iPad, so it can save typing. Is there a work-around?The app donesn't supports the feature, but you use "Save As" function on the iPad. First putting a sample template on your iPad and add things you need into it.
