Alien Dalvik 2.0 - Run Android apps on iPad

The Myriad company has launched Alien Dalvik 2.0. With the app, you are able to extend the majority of Android apps to run unmodified on your iPad device.The Alien Dalvik 2.0 app promises to be seamless and is completely transparent to the user. But it seems to violate the ToS. Will Apple approve the app or just block it?
