Stuck on Find my iPad while configuring iOS5

I was stuck on the "Find my iPad" while configuring my iPad with iOS 5. When I tried to choose either "find my ipad" or "not find my ipad" and then touch the "NEXT" button in the screen, nothing happened. That's annoying.The update procedure to iOS 5 is confusing. Go back to do the whole procedure again. Works for me.
